Contamination Screening Evaluation Report (CSER) was prepared in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Manual. The purpose of the report was to present the findings of a contamination screening evaluation conducted for West Livingston Street extension from North Terry Avenue to North Parramore Avenue in Orlando, Florida. During the process NADIC screened the project area to avoid costly construction delays as a result of encountering unexpected soil or groundwater contamination.
