The Central Boulevard Widening, Realignment and Service Loop Project provides improvements to the entrance and exit of the Miami International Airport (MIA). The improvements separated commercial and passenger traffic with the introduction of service roads to accommodate commercial vehicles. The project also reduced congestion and improved vehicular traffic of the airport. The project included 10 bridges, several sign and signal structures and roadway construction.
