The $429 million arts center broke ground on its first phase in 2011, which includes the 2,700-seat Walt Disney Theater, 300-seat Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater, Seneff Arts Plaza, Dr. Phillips Center Florida Hospital School of the Arts, and the DeVos Family Room. The entire Center encompass approximately 698,312 square feet of space.
