The new 500 student station elementary school located on Caswell Drive and bordered to the north by State Road (SR) 408 in Orange County, Florida. It included U-shaped 2-story classroom building, administration, media, art/music and cafeteria buildings, retention pond, parking lots, bus loop driveway, play grounds to include baseball field, tennis and basketball courts. Its compact nature allows for increased flexibility on the tight site and facilitated the re-use of existing campus infrastructure elements to reduce construction costs and alleviate impacts to the traffic patterns.
