Orlando International Airport (OIA) is developing the 25-acre Gee Bee property as a ball park with stormwater management area and access roadway. This future development area is bounded to the South and east by Dowden Road, to the West by an existing building located at 7401 Dowden Road, and by undeveloped South Florida Water Management/Army Crop of Engineer (SFWMD/ACOE) wetland area to the North.
